Long and volatile value chain in low-rise construction
To create a high-quality and comfortable house, it is necessary to go through a number of stages, starting with the project, geotechnical investigation, preparing the site, constructing the foundation, bearing walls, ceilings, roofs, openings, exterior finishing, M&E, plumbing, interior finishing and others. All these works are performed by different contractors, which often has unpredictable effects on the deadlines, quality and cost of building a house.

It is a natural human need to have the most comfortable housing, which fully meets its ideas about the ideal home. However, the third and fourth industrial revolutions, which in other industries led to a reduction in the value of durable goods with an increase in their quality level, did not affect the segment of low-rise construction in any way. The construction market is closely connected with the growth of the worlds population, the aging of existing housing and the relocation of people to better houses. If now the world construction market is about $7 trillion and approximately equally divided between housing, non-housing and infrastructure, then by 2030 it is forecasted to grow to about $15 trillion. Only the segment of housing construction is now estimated at $2.1 trillion, with a doubling of this estimate by 2030.

Stone1
Basic unit with standard connection interfaces
Any structures can be assembled from basic elementary units. A 100x100x100 mm (4"x4"x4") block is approved as a basic unit. Other blocks are secondary to the basic one and are obtained through modifications and combinations of the basic unit.
Stone2
Spatial grid of the construction space
The basic units are geometrically arranged in a spatial rectangular grid with the cell dimensions equal to 100x100x100 mm and have standardized jointing interfaces.
Stone3
Special pre-tension reinforcement fasteners
The blocks are jointed by special steel threaded fasteners. Fastenings are fully standardized special optimized steel high-strength bolts with anti-corrosion coating. They form a prestrained state in the construction, which significantly increases its strength.

Variety of blocks for many purposes

Fully automatic construction assembling
Highly automated assembly technology is obtained due to the regular geometric structure of the house, electronic house design and standardized fixing/support junctions. The assembly will be done by robots moving along the structure, installing and jointing the blocks.
